Our office closes on 22/12/2017 at 12pm and re-opens on 03/01/2018
Any online orders placed after 19/12/2017 will not be dispatched until 03/01/2018

Please follow these simple instructions if you have any difficulties using our online shop. Your order is important to us so if you need any help please contact us.

Step 1

Browse our website and select the products you want to buy. Some products will have options that you can choose from by clicking the drop down arrow next to the product price. Make your selection then click the Add To Basket button.

Step 2

When you click the Add To Basket button you will be taken to your Basket where you can edit the quantity you require by clicking inside the red Quantity box, change the number to the required amount, then click Update Quantity button. VAT will be added to your order at this stage of the process. You can also remove items from your Basket by clicking the X next to the product.

Step 3

Once you have all the items you want to buy in your Basket you will need to select a Shipping Location before you can continue. Please ensure you select correctly as an incorrect choice will delay your order. Now click the Checkout button.

Step 4

After you click the Checkout button you will be shown your order details. If this is correct then please Create An Account or if you have ordered before then please Login. Now click the Pay Now button.

Step 5

Please wait after you click the Pay Now button as you are taken to the secure Paypal website to make payment for your order.

Payment Options

Brick Slips Direct use Paypal to process online payments which is 100% secure. However, you don’t need a Paypal account as you can also pay with any major credit/debit card. Brick Slips Direct do not see or have access to your Paypal or credit/debit card details when you pay for your order online.

We will also accept the following payment methods if you visit our showroom in Chesterfield:

  • Cash.
  • Credit/debit cards.
  • Personal/business cheques but all cheques must clear before shipping/collection.
  • BACS/instant payment to a nominated bank account.
