Our office closes on 22/12/2017 at 12pm and re-opens on 03/01/2018
Any online orders placed after 19/12/2017 will not be dispatched until 03/01/2018

Please contact us before you return any goods. You can cancel your order, or part of your order, up to 7 days from the day after delivery of the goods by contacting us by email, telephone or in writing.

Refunds will only be actioned if the items are returned to us within 7 days of you informing us of your intention to return the items. They must be returned in the original packaging and in the new and unused condition that they were dispatched in. Any seals must be fully intact. If you wish to return any items please note that Brick Slips Direct are not liable for return shipping costs. We advise you to ensure that all goods for return are packed securely as we will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged in transit.

If, unfortunately, your order is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Notice of such instances must be advised within 7 days of receiving the goods or it will be deemed that you accept the items. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us before any replacement is shipped or any refund is processed. The cost of standard shipping costs for return of faulty or damaged items to us will be refunded to the customer. We will replace the faulty or damaged items to your complete satisfaction, failing this a refund will be given.

All refunds will be made by the same method as the payment was received and will be processed in a timely manner but please allow up to 28 days from notice of cancellation. Brick Slips Direct reserve the right to deduct any shipping charges paid at the time of ordering from the refund value.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
